    Protocol ongevalregistratie

    Inleiding Jaarlijks worden er met behulp van de Risicomonitor de risico inventarisaties uitgevoerd. Hiermee worden risico’s op locatie/ groepsniveau in kaart gebracht. Een veilige opvang betekent dat er wordt geanticipeerd op risico’s. Elke dag kunnen er zich risico’s voordoen, waar men nog niet eerder bij stil heeft gestaan. Met het digitale registratieformulier in de Risicomonitor worden de ongevallen geregistreerd en worden de gevaarlijke situaties of bijna ongevallen beschreven. Zo worden risico’s of gevaarlijke situaties aan het licht gebracht die tijdens de risico-inventarisatie nog niet duidelijk waren of nog geen probleem leken te zijn. Men kan hiervan leren en maatregelen nemen om deze in de toekomst te voorkomen. Binnen een team kan men goed leren van ervaringen van anderen. Het is dan ook belangrijk om elkaar te informeren over ongevallen, bijna ongevallen en gevaarlijke situaties. Hiervoor is de ongevallenregistratie van groot belang. Bovendien geeft deze registratie een goed beeld van de veiligheid in de opvang.

    Hoe wordt een ongeval, gevaarlijke situatie of bijna ongeval geregistreerd?

    Stap 1. Log in op de Risicomonitor
    Stap 2. Open het kopje ‘ Acties.’
    Stap 3. Klik op ‘ongeval registeren’.
    Stap 4. Vul het formulier zorgvuldig en volledig in.
    Stap 5. Klik onderaan de pagina op ‘opslaan’. Het ongeval, de gevaarlijke situatie of bijna ongeval staat nu in de Risicomonitor geregistreerd.

    Onder het kopje Acties in de Risicomonitor bevindt zich ook het ongevallenregister. Hierin staat het complete overzicht van alle registraties op de locatie. Ongevallen krijgen een rood blokje ervoor, bijna ongevallen en gevaarlijke situaties krijgen een groen blokje ervoor. Indien er een actie hangt aan een ongeval, dan is dit terug te vinden in het overzicht met alle acties. Door een selectie te maken via de kolom “RI” op “Ongeval” worden deze zichtbaar.
